Rudimentary, uninspiring, amateur book full of typos, 85 page pamphlet, overuse of the word "Whilst". Uses inflammatory ingredients sich as cheese, brown sugar, peanut oil, wheat tortillas. Author appears to have no credentials or references. Waste of money

This book is very easy to read. Points out the dangers of inflammation but also clearly lays out a positive plan to change. I found this to be extremely important to make a life style change. Looking forward to eating healthy!!

Same old same okd. Nothing new.

Not a lot happening here, no pictures either. Didn't really care for any of the recipes, don't be using it again.

As expected.

This book failed to live up to my expectations. I feel like it was just a “bro science “ guide to inflammation. No cited research, just vague ideas.

Been trying to get a refund but cannot get the company to issue a refund on digetial books on this author. This seems to be the only way to get their attention. Chosen the hardback instead. Still to get it and give a review. Amazon doesn't allow a section to show a refund, bad!

Basic information on food choices for inflammation reduction. Recipes were nice. Would have liked it to be a bit more in-depth.
